Mitchell Jordan Nowack Esq.
The phone rings all day from your creditors. The threatening letters in the mail never stop coming. You have been served with a lawsuit. Your creditors are represented by Law Firms and Collection agents. You have no one on your side to help you and guide you through this difficult time. Not any more….
In my 17 years of experience as a bankruptcy lawyer I have learned that 99% of my clients are good people that have fallen on hard times. Whether it is because they lost their job, got divorced, made bad investments or financial decisions, etc., regardless of the cause, there is one common theme…NO ONE PLANNED FOR THIS TO HAPPEN, IT JUST DID. Sometimes your financial life it is a lot like being rear ended at a traffic light. You did nothing wrong, but you are in the accident anyway.
“It is not whether you get knocked down, it is whether you get back up” – Vince Lombardi.
We are here to help you get back up. Everyone deserves a second chance, a “fresh start”. That is exactly what the bankruptcy laws were created for. Good people should not have to suffer with this financial stress for the rest of their lives for the mistakes that they made or for the things that have happened to them. Bankruptcy gives you the opportunity to stop all of the collection efforts against you in one simple legal proceeding.
I am one of the most experienced Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys in South Florida. I have personally handled thousands of bankruptcy cases in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties for both individuals and businesses. We provide every one of our clients with quality individual legal representation at an affordable price. Customer service comes first. We keep you informed through every step of the case and we are always here to answer your questions. Whether it is Chapter 7 or Chapter 13, we can represent you in your bankruptcy proceeding to help you achieve the results you are looking for.
I graduated from the University of Miami Law School in 1996 after earning my economics degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1993. In 1997, I took my first law job as a bankruptcy lawyer at a small boutique creditor’s rights firm in Coral Gables. In 2001, I opened my own firm and began representing individuals needing personal and business bankruptcy relief all over South Florida. In 2012, when the Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court created a panel of a few local consumer bankruptcy lawyers to help create and develop the Court’s Loan Modification Mediation (LMM) program, I was a part of the team of lawyers that helped the Court enact this very successful mortgage loan modification program.
We have the knowledge and expertise to obtain the goals you are looking for and to provide you with the relief from your debt that you so desperately need.
