Florida Has No Summer Shut-Off Protection Laws for Unpaid Air Conditioning Bills
People who have recently moved to Florida complain about how their energy bills skyrocket during the summer, when they run their air conditioning around the clock. Their neighbors who have lived here longer just laugh knowingly; that is life in Florida.
